# Billing

**Settings → Billing** (under **Workspace** ) is where you manage the workspace's plan and TestVibe credits. The plan, credits, and purchases all belong to the **workspace** — if you belong to more than one workspace, each is billed separately.

Only **owners** can change the plan or buy credits. Other members see the panel read-only, with a note that only a workspace owner can change the plan or buy credits.

## Credit balance

The panel leads with the workspace's **available credits** , split into two pools:

| Pool | Behavior | Included (monthly) | Your plan's monthly allowance. Use-it-or-lose-it — it resets at the start of each month and does not carry over. | Purchased | Credit packs you buy. Persistent — they never expire.

## Current plan and plan changes

The plan card shows your current tier, included monthly credits, included storage, and price. To change plans, pick a tier and a **Monthly** or **Annual** billing period (annual saves about 10% and grants the year's credits up front), then confirm — checkout opens in a new tab and the panel tracks the order until it completes.

- **Free / Starter / Pro / Enterprise** — compare them in [Plans](/pricing/plans) .
- **Existing subscribers** manage or cancel through the Stripe billing portal.

## Buy credits

Top up beyond your plan's included credits with a one-time **credit pack** . Purchased credits are added as soon as the payment completes and never expire. A pack grants exactly the credits it lists — there is no added bonus.

## Billing history

The history list records credit **additions** — pack purchases and plan or grant credits — with the date and amount. To see consumption instead, open [Credit Usage](/account-settings/credit-usage) .
