## Purpose

Show a friendly notice when TestVibe hits an unexpected error, and let you send the details to the TestVibe team when you want help.

## Common Tasks

- Read the short "Something went wrong" message.
- Expand **Technical details** if you (or support) want the underlying error.
- Dismiss the notice and retry the action.
- Click **Report this problem** to open the **Send feedback** form prefilled with the error, then describe what happened and submit.

## Key UI Elements

- Error notice (toast): A small "Something went wrong" card in the corner with a plain-language message.
- Technical details: A collapsible block with the underlying diagnostic text (carried automatically into a report).
- Dismiss: Closes the notice.
- Report this problem: Opens the **Send feedback** form prefilled with the error.
The **Send feedback** form (opened by **Report this problem** , or any time from the account menu) lets you add context before submitting:

- Description: A free-form note about what you were doing.
- Capture screenshot / Attach image: Adds one or more images to the report.
- Record (optional): Attaches a short screen recording of what happened.
- Send: Submits the report (with the technical details and your attachments) to the TestVibe team.

## Notes

- Include the action you clicked, the project or run you were viewing, and whether the problem repeats — a screenshot or short recording helps most.
- If the same action keeps failing, check [Troubleshooting](/troubleshooting) before retrying many times.
