# Members

## Purpose

View and manage the people who belong to the current **workspace** — invite members, set their roles, and remove access. Managed in **Settings → Members** .

## Common Tasks

- Review the current member list and each person's role.
- Invite a person to the workspace by email, or copy an invite link.
- Change a member's role (Owner / Admin / Member / Viewer).
- Remove a member from the workspace.
- Approve or decline pending access requests from people who opened a project link they couldn't see.

## Key UI Elements

- Member list: Shows everyone in the workspace and their role.
- Invite: Sends an invitation by email, or generates a copyable invite link.
- Role selector: Sets a member's permission level.
- Remove: Revokes a member's access to the workspace.

## Notes

- Roles control what a member can do: **Viewer** is read-only and cannot spend credits; **Member** can edit, run, and generate; **Admin** can also invite/remove members and delete projects; **Owner** can change roles, transfer ownership, and manage billing.
- Personal workspaces never have additional members — to invite people, create a **team workspace** first.
- TestVibe does not auto-join anyone by email domain — people join a team workspace only by accepting an invite, using an invite link, or having an access request approved.
