# Storage

## Purpose

Review the current **workspace** 's shared storage usage against its plan quota, and manage how long different artifact types are kept. Managed in **Settings → Storage** .

## Common Tasks

- Check how much storage the workspace has used against its quota.
- See storage broken down by artifact type (traces, screenshots, video, reports, logs).
- Adjust per-type retention to reclaim space.
- Open Billing to change plan when more storage is needed.

## Key UI Elements

- Storage summary: Total used versus the plan's quota.
- Breakdown by type: Usage per artifact category.
- Retention controls: Per-type retention windows.

## Notes

- Storage is a **plan entitlement** (bytes), not credits — quota is 1 GB (Free), 10 GB (Starter), 100 GB (Pro), or 1 TB (Enterprise).
- Storage is shared account-wide across all projects in the workspace.
- Credit consumption is tracked separately under **Settings → Credit Usage** ; plan and credit top-ups are under **Settings → Billing** .
