The workspace's prepaid credits — balance and ledger.

Workspace-level credit reporting. Unlike the rest of the API, these operations are not scoped to a project — they report the whole workspace's prepaid credits: the same balance the run, generation, and assistant gates spend against.

Operation	What it does
get_credits	The current credit balance: spendable total, this month's plan allowance and what's left of it, and the never-expiring purchased balance.
list_billing_history	Credit additions — credit-pack purchases + plan/admin grants — newest first.
list_credit_usage	Credit consumption — a per-area rollup for the cycle plus recent usage debits.
